Where and how to track transactions

coins

Bitcoin
Blockchain browsers are numerous. Some of them allow you to get information from multiple networks at once, while others are tailored to a specific project, such as Bitcoin. Where to track Bitcoin transactions:

blockchain.com/explorer – is one of the most popular, allows you to get quite detailed information. But it also has one drawback – a little outdated interface.
blockchain.coinmarketcap.com/chain/bitcoin – a tool from the popular cryptocurrency rate monitor.
explorer.bitcoin.com/btc – the developers of Bitcoin Cash (one of the most popular forks of bitcoin) created their own portal to monitor the network.
In any of the scanners, just find the transaction of interest through the search bar, using the hash or cryptocurrency addresses of the counterparties. Once the transfer is opened, the system will provide all the information it was able to gather.

Ethereum
The most popular way to check is the official resource from the developers of etherscan.io. It provides the most complete information about the payment made, including the block, the cost of the gas, and the transfer fee withheld.

Binance Smart Chain
One of the best blockchain scanners is Binance Smart Chain: bscscan.com. Provides complete information, including the index of the transaction’s position in the blockchain. The tool was created by the same team that worked on the best observer for Ethereum etherscan.io. Similar ones work worse and do not give such detailed statistics about transfers.

Cardano
You can use several scans to track a Cardano payment:

cardanoscan.io – a versatile scanner that analyzes data not only about transactions and blocks, but also about pools and some other unique information. It has a classic minimalistic look.
explorer.cardano.org/en – has a slightly more stylish design, but the general transaction information is identical. Also can not collect data about pools, so the functionality of the scanner is a little less.
blockchair.com/cardano – compared to the previous examples, it does not have the most user-friendly interface and gives slightly less detailed information about the transfer.

Ripple
The most comprehensive list of data is given by xrpscan.com, giving detailed information about the nodes involved in the translation. You can also use the bithomp.com tool, which gives the data in the most compressed format with minimal functionality.

If that amount of data is excessive, you can use blockchair.com/ripple, which gives much less information.

Polkadot
The most applicable is the official product from the Polkadot site, the polkascan.io/polkadot scanner. Here you can view all the information about blocks, transactions, modules and active accounts. Allows you to monitor recent transfers and open blocks. There are no worthy alternatives to this tool.
